Paying for your entry
Where the organizer has enabled online payment, the entry fee is paid by card through Stripe. Orion never stores your card details.
Paying
- Open your entry from the Entries section.
- Choose to pay. You can pay for a single entry or several at once.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure page.
- After a successful payment you return to Orion and the entry is marked paid.
If a payment fails
The entry stays unpaid and you can try again. If you were charged but the entry still shows as unpaid, contact the organizer — confirmation is occasionally delayed.
Refunds
Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer, under their own terms.
